FAQs

If you wish to cancel your order please email info@eyelure.co  as soon as possible. We try our best to ship out orders and once an order is dispatched we can not cancel the order. Order Cancellations will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order is placed we are no longer able to make any changes to the order. If you wish to make order changes please contact info@eyelure.co  to submit a cancellation. Once the order is canceled please place an order with the correct items.

Shipping times are dependent on your selected shipping method and delivery location. Please allow 7 – 14 business days for standard domestic shipments and 15 – 30 business days for international standard to be received.

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. EYELURE does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for any additional information.
